Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made through srilankabycar.com.
1. Cancellation Periods
1.1 More than 48 hours before scheduled pickup
Full refund (100%) less 2.5% payment processing fee.
1.2 24–48 hours before pickup
50% refund.
1.3 Less than 24 hours or No-Show
No refund.
2. Refund Process
- Processed to original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Bank transfers: 5–10 days additional.
- Currency: Original booking currency.
3. Exceptions
3.1 Force Majeure
Natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics - full refund or reschedule at no cost.
3.2 Chauffeur/Cancellation by Us
Full refund + alternative or 10% discount next booking.
4. How to Cancel
Email info@srilankabycar.com with booking reference or use client portal.
5. Disputes
Governed by Sri Lankan law. EU consumers: European Consumer Centre assistance.
